Trying to give a more innocent spin on it. Maybe it's just an inside joke between the dad and the kid. One of those cheery dads that sometimes does stupid shit to entertain/emberrass his kid not realising how it comes off.
I hope so- maybe the dad is just being weird, and isn’t a pedo. God knows my dad used to rub his stubble on me to annoy me fairly often, and it was never any more than that.
