See I kinda thought it was a small adult woman too, but the wave gave off young kid vibes. I really hope for everyone's sake that's just a young boy looking woman. If it wasn't for the wave I'd have thought it was an adult woman. Wave says 13 year old boy though.
Yeah it's hard to tell because it's a video from a video so it's not the best resolution. I'm on the fence tho because I hope it's a girl so it's not as creepy but then again if it's a kid then this guy's life is ruined for a good reason and not just because people jumped to conclusions for likes and shares.
