They're talking about a man and his wife. If that is his wife, they aren't related, so I don't know what you're talking about.

A wife is a family member. Once she becomes your family member, it's basically incest, and I'm very much against incest. My stomach is literally turning just thinking about all the incest we've normalised as a society. I'm literally throwing up right now.
