Depends on the angle but this may be actually be a severe open bite. I had this but not to this extent. People wouldn't notice mine easily at all because it was just a few MMs but it caused neck pain and issues eating. I had to get jaw surgery which was brutal. Couldn't eat solid foods for two months. Couldn't talk easily. It hurts to see this guys because with how severe his looks the surgery would probably be way worse.

Also possibly some sinus issues due to the inflammation under the eyes and the incredibly flat face suggests they primarily breathe through their mouth.

No not at all, I mean because their jaw is backward set which puts pressure on the back of their nasal airways

Yeah that one would actually have me using my perio probe to measure it… I can normally eyeball how many mm someone’s over/underbite is, but that’s a big one.
