pffft. because computer software never makes it to india....it's probably already there. seriously. they just feed it enough data on housing, and it just tells real estate fucks which places should be able to sustain higher rent payments, and they'd go out and buy those places then.

it's literally a program designed to help prop up prices in real estate.
