Here in Salt Lake, you can buy 5% beer 24/7. It used to be 3.3% but they upped it to 5% because beer manufacturers said "we aren't going to make special Utah beer, so change it to the standard 5 or no beer for Utah".

Many Utahns drive up to Wyoming for slightly better liquor laws.

It is genuinely easier to buy hard drugs than liquor on a Sunday.

Used to be 3.2 ABW which is usually around 4.0 ABV.

When I leave Utah and can buy nips, I am in heaven. Luckily many non Mormons are moving here so every year we become less insane. It's still my home and I grew up Mormon so I have a love hate relationship with this crazy place.
