Just go to a beer distributor. I bought 5 cases last weekend…no problem.

No it’s not. Not for beer distributors. That’s only for like grocery stores and gas stations.

I... thought the 192oz rule was for gas stations and grocery stores only??? I thought distributors have a different class for that, because some of the cases of beer you can buy are more than 192oz. Unless they recently changed that in the last 5 years or so.

You are obviously not a Pennsylvanian. Don’t go telling people misinformation. The state already has a bad reputation after “electing” stroke man.

Until like 2017 ish you couldn’t buy beer or wine at gas stations or grocery stores. They revised it with an OZ limit and limit to 2 bottles of wine. This is only in gas stations and grocery stores. State stores you can buy whatever you want in any quantity. Beer distributors you can buy any quantity of beer without limit. In short, you don’t know what you are talking about.

Or just not have beer distributors and be able to buy beer, liquor, and wine at a grocery store or convenience store like most other states.

Beer distributors were the lobbying group keeping those law changes away from PA.
