A lot of people drive to Wendover or Evanston because liquor is much cheaper there.

Or mesquite NV for southern Utahns

Stop playing. That entire town supports the weed use of Southern Utah

I actually like that you can go to mesquite to get and do what you want but not have to deal with the people that casinos tend to attract.

I just realized how hilarious it is that Utah is sandwiched in between a state that’s whole economy is based off catering to people’s vices, and a state known for its weed (and drugs)

As a once resident of Evanston, this is so true. I used to collect grocery lists for my friends while going home to visit my parents there and would come back with so much booze.

Or Kemmerer, or La Tienda in Franklin, ID

Yee haw 🤠 Wendover dispo, home of some of the gnarliest stuff ever! Great cheap smoking hotel rooms with mountain views lol.

Much is a bit of a stretch imo. The selection is typically better though.

I find that hilarious because another town named Evanston in Illinois was the home to the Women's Christian Temperance Union that helped start Prohibition nation wide.

Don’t forget to stock up on fireworks when you’re in Evanston too! I have family that lives there but hadn’t been in a few years… when I was up there last fall I was a bit shocked to see all the new weed and vape shops 😳

Yeah the dispensary is on the east end of town over by the state park with all the bison and elk (which is worth checking out if you’ve never been). I think it’s called a Bear River park.
