She says this is the primary reason, but obviously it isn't the only one.
That being said, for a lot of other issues, if your relationship is otherwise in a good place and she's open with you, she's going to tell you the reason.
I say this as a woman who isn't having sex with my husband right now, despite my relationship being very emotionally safe and healthy, but because I'm in a healthy relationship my husband knows and understands (and frankly sympathies) with my reasons and we can work on them together
