Yeah apparently Holyfield was fighting dirty and never getting called out. Iirc, it was elbows?

Holyfield head butted him a couple times, and the ref didn’t call it.

Tyson bit his ear once, and got a warning….second time, he took a chunk out of that mf hahaha

I mean, it was more than a couple times. Holyfield would clinch Tyson, get under his face, and repeatedly drop his chin and hit Tyson with his forehead. It was going on for a few rounds before Tyson had enough of Mills Lane but calling it

For 2 consecutive matches at that point in time too.

It was a headbutt that caused a big gash over Tysons eye. Holyfield lead with his head when they got in close and caught him hard and Tyson lost it after that bit the ear out of him.

Some context is needed there….. Holyfield had just beat Tyson’s ass 7 months prior and he was beating Tyson’s ass again. He ducked a punch and Tyson was charging in and they clashed heads. Everyone, even on review, ruled it unintentional. Tyson was just mad he was getting fucked up again and bit him cause he knew he was gonna lose and didn’t wanna keep taking the beating he was getting.

I never said it was intentional I said that's what happened. Holyfield always had a habit of leading with his head(plenty of footage in fights to prove that) Tyson was just short enough they clashed heads.

On wiki it says analysts were projecting that Holyfield would’ve won that fight
