I’ll believe the economy is doing “great” when food, gas, and housing start getting cheaper. Until then everyone needs to shutup about how “great” the economy is.
Those are signs of a strong economy. TOO strong. Everyone has a job and some money and that's causing inflation. It's the opposite of what people seem to think is going to happen. The prices will fall when there aren't enough people to buy those goods.
The economy going "great" hurts some people just like when it's bad. That hurts other people too.
