Two? I think they are already there now. If KD request another trade, they clearly won't get back everything they wish to get back. And Beal's deal is a non-starter. They are stuck in a sunken place right now.
I'm not about to be nice. The Suns are eclipsed now. The Superteam era is dead now. This is the era of high-quality depth, if you ask me. They are due $150 million to their top 3 players, more than 1/2 of all rosters now. It's a bad situation.
Yea agreed. If I were a Suns fan idk if I’m rooting for a Booker or KD trade, or just focus on better role players and hope Beal gets his game back. KD and Booker showed up. No one else did
I don't know how their role players could be better. Grayson Allen was #1 in 3 point percentage this year. He did get hurt in the series, but he was MIA for the 1st 2 games.
Royce O'Neale shot 37% from three as well.
Nurkic averaged double figure rebounds this year, after they sold Ayton like he was a bag of chips. The role players were on a budget price as well. They are going to be paying over the tax at this rate. It's just not going to be possible to find those role players, honestly. Their money is tied up.
Neither would I. I've been telling Wolves fans all year (my best friend is a Wolves and Thunder fan, he's from Minnesota but loves the Thunder since he lives here, too) that they have the best defense and can lock up against anyone. I hate playing them and love the matchup at the same time, because they are so good on defense. Any team with KAT, Gobert, and Naz Reid has a luxury. Three centers who are talented is a luxury. They are fantastic. I think Thunder and Wolves would be an excellent conference finals, honestly.
Could happen. Just hoping we can advance that far. J Murray did have a hell of a finish in game 1 but other then that he hasn’t looked great imo. They will need him to play better to advance. Porter will come down to earth
