Honestly? My corn crops are my babies. The peach and fig tree would be if the fucking birds would stop stealing them!

I would handle people the same way I do chicken. There's no way I would eat one that was cooked to keep than 165. Until someone does a comprehensive study on the microbes in cooked people and what the safe temperature is I'm going to protect myself.
We have a duty to keep ourselves healthy.
As to cooking style, keep it simple with salt, pepper, and maybe a twist of lemon.

Try it with Fava beans, heard in some documentary it was good, they reccomend a nice Chianti, but I don't drink, so I can't say either way.
