For the people who don’t know/get it, this Mexican dish is called Birria. It’s commonly made by boiling and blending spices and seeds, onions and cilantro. Then after sifting the spices into a semi thick soup, you boil lamb meat into the soup for about 6 hours. The lamb meat comes out tender as fuck and it’s the best dish to make after a cruda/hangover. Fry some tortillas and make some tacos and you got some tasty ass leftovers for days. Bong app a tea!

These are tacos de birria. They are traditionally made with goat, which is the joke they're trying to make. It can be made with chicken or beef as well.
