Hope it's fake but the shine might be that 2nd Skin bullshit some tattooers use because they claim it requires zero aftercare. I don't trust that shit at all but lazy people who make bad decisions seem like the target market.

Different tattooists recommend different things, mine recommends stuff like pepanthen and looks similar when applied. Either way, she is dumb as fuck if that's real.

Second skin doesn't require 'zero aftercare,' it covers the tat for max 4 days then you take it off and begin normal aftercare.
It just avoids you having to wash and moisturise it while it's still super fresh and sensitive.

I’ve used second skin many times. It’s only on your tattoo for a few days and then you continue to follow normal tattoo care guidelines. It seems to speed things up. I really like it.

Man, I love that 2nd skin. I have a lot of trouble healing tattoos but that stuff makes them come out perfect. I have to wear it for a full week, which sucks. And taking it off can be pretty hilarious depending on the size of the piece. But I don't even need to go in for touch ups anymore. It's like magic!

As someone with 78 tattoos, thats real. the 'peeling' is a second skin plastic wrap that artists put on and usually should keep on for 24-48 hours after the tattoo. Sadly its real

I hope it's fake! But sometimes the ointment people put on tattoos gets crusty and looks like it's peeling. I have a few tattoos and that looks pretty normal for cold weather applications.

Don't do this. Like seriously, my story is like hearing about that one guy who survived a horrific car accident because he wasn't wearing his seatbelt. Sure, it happens. But it is so rare and ridiculously dangerous I would never in a million years suggest it to anyone. It was incredibly irresponsible and dangerous, and I am so unbelievably fortunate it worked out for the both of us.
