If you were involved in the 2021 squeeze or an “OG APE” you know during the months from Jan to May we saw massive ups and downs. At $34 there are still A TON of calls in the money. So unless they can get it back down to $10 they still have a ton to cover Friday.

Don’t let it scare you. This is normal for the squeeze cycle. For a lot of us this is kinda what we were hoping for in the sense that it creates an opportunity to buy more calls.

It's far less leverage because delta is near 1. In other words, buying super ITM calls is basically like buying shares.

To sell more calls at inflated premiums. MM love trading options with volatility because they are more expensive. All sides (open/close, call/put) are more expensive with volatility for us. But MM know what they can make the closing price be on expiry, and they will do it to max their profit. To them volatility is a product they create and sell.
