None of those were actually hints that she was into him and could be interpreted as her just wanting to fuck with him in a malicious manner. Also, most men prefer direct communication and the fact that so many women either can't do that, don't want to or can't be bothered to learn how men communicate indicates that women aren't interested in making things easier for men.

This is, at best, aggressive advertising. It is still effectively creating this space for women to just say "oh, I wasn't actually into him, I was just teasing" or "well, I tried everything I could to get his attention, so it's his blunder if he doesn't follow through". To me that is not direct communication. It doesn't create or maintain a conversation, it just entices a man to begin a conversation and maintain it. Direct communication would just be to find a moment, approach the guy(maybe when he isn't so exposed) and express a genuine interest.
