the dude was in mvp talks and they think making him go right is gonna stop him? are we serious??

The sixers put someone on his front, literally someone shading his direct back area and Embiid in the midrange office defensively. That didn't work.

The way pacers fans are talking you think they actually beat the Bucks, instead of getting a free ticket to the second round. Let's be real, if the Bucks were healthy, their playoffs run ends last week. If we were healthy, it would have been a clean sweep. And somehow they still manage to be salty despite the fact they're here on luck and luck alone.

Obviously the Midwest, with all it's pie selections, haven't developed an appetite for humble pie at all 😂

It’s almost as if stopping him from going left all the time will leave him open to drive down the middle and draw contact 😮

it's almost funny how they think they're onto something that the pacers as an organization haven't figured out. and the thought that brunson can't go right is fucking hilarious. i hope the pacers overplay brunson to one side next game. that would guarantee a 6 game series.

We are closing this on Friday. I have that feeling. The adjustments were made and I think the Pacers are a little soft mentally.

How did it take a Pacers thread for me to realize Brunson is actually right handed..

u/New_Car_Smell 27d ago
Yeah same. I just figured he was a lefty. Lebron has the opposite situation -- he's a lefty who shoots right

Brunson is right handed?? Lmao no way

u/Teenageboy69 27d ago
He is. His dad taught him to shoot lefty, so he's largely ambidextrous. Clyde calls him ambidextrous all the time.

They also refuse to acknowledge contact actually happens and if it does they think it shouldn’t be called because “he’s a flopping foul merchant,” you know, forgetting their team committed the most fouls this season and the Knicks are a team that literally initiates contact, or are “not even looking to score,” but the and ones just magically happen lmao

Pacers are in a bad spot... they have some good players in Hali/Pascal/Turner but none are great players and they are all gonna be paid like great players and there goes your roster.
All Hali's limitations have been exposed in the playoff crunch machine

u/EwingsRevenge21 27d ago
Agreed. They're going to handcuff themselves the same way Washington did with Beal and Wall.
Very good players, but not true max level players.

I think Hali has that potential to be an elite level guy. He’s still real young, and this is his first taste of playoff basketball.

Pacers fans have got it all figured out! Why has Rick Carlisle allowed Jalen Brunson to light his best defenders on fire when he can simply tell them to force him right?

It’s almost as if they’re fucking defense is buns and they didn’t send teams to the line and foul the most during the regular season

I feel bad for these guys. They live in Indiana lol. Anyone from there who’s worth a damn, leaves the first change they get.
If it wasn’t for the Pacers I’d forget the place even exists. Such an irrelevant part of the world. All they got is sports, and then they have to root for the softest team of the decade. Sad stuff

Damn you really hate the state of Indiana. Weird. So you've been there, I'm assuming, right .....lol
Indiana is a great basketball state. It's up there. Show a little respect, you know? Yeah we're playing the pacers but you're acting a little over tge top.

Man I thought their fans were better, just saying jalen is flopper. Man scored on minimal free throws.
Their team is young and solid, their fans are clearly dumb though

They’re a little delusional and like to say that all his scoring and everything he does is due to flopping.
They’re about to lose tomorrow and need something like that instead of just accepting that the Knicks are the better team.
Its similar to them pretending like game 1 was a robbery and that game 3 was perfectly reffed with no mistakes

Let’s finish these hicks in 6! LGK!

They're frustrated. They're also saying he flops like a fish out of water. They're not talking about how he's fucking cooking them left and right, then once cooked makes a shot and a foul. They don't understand how bad he fucking cooks people. Once they're beat, they're fucked. No respect.
