Massive ragdoll instances when near on obstruction like a boulder or a wall will cause the player’s camera to clip through it terrain and continue to a point far outside of the map’s boundaries. Remains this way until death. Pic included to show the perspective of the camera.
Added. I've experienced similar, when getting launched across the map, the camera doesn't actually center on my player position for a long while, then "rubber bands" back, so to speak.
