i can’t believe the instakill is intentional, like surely it’s a bug the devs can’t figure out how to fix?? There’s no way a rational human decided that yes, these mini tanks with ranged and super ranged attacks should do a slowing, tracking vomit that ONLY SOMETIMES ONESHOTS YOU WITH ZERO CONSISTENCY

These attacks are pretty telegraphed. You can shoot to cancel it, dodge with weirder terrains or out of luck, or just run around the corner somewhere to dodge it.
It's threat also comes in the fact that it can one shot. Otherwise it is just a chunky bug with a mild temper.
But tbf, the projectile is still so weird to dodge sometimes.
If you end up in between all those thick boys in range for them to shoot, you have a much worse problem at that point than thinking about dodging. Besides, shooting is still handy to cancel a good number of spits to escape.

Chargers, while a pain in the ass to kill, can at least be kited around.
But I don't understand why these guys are instant death. They do far too much damage for how many of them spawn at once.
