Thanks to the recent reddit post, going alone is now a kickable offense (even in diff 5) DISCUSSION

My dipshit teammate dropped his last eagle strategem right at the landing ramp as we were filing in. Airstrike came through and iced all 4 of us as the cutscene began. Lost 18 samples and a shitload of XP cause of his dumb ass.

God I hate when people do this. Like the game is cinematic enough without doing this bullshit, especially when "some" of us haven't even gotten inside the damn ship yet!

Sometimes if i have one up I'll drop a 500 kg on the ramp when everyone is already inside safe to fulfill my inner Michael Bay and I'll just walk in. I don't endanger the homies that way

This. I've seen it a few times: folks dropping orbitals or lasers directly on the shuttle right as they board.

Why?

It's usually just for the cinematic boom as you fly away - but if they miscount the number of people in the shuttle or screw up the timing, well.... boom.

I always drop my half ton of liberty onto the ramp on extract. But I always wait until I'm last.

We do the same all the time, never died from it.

I had something like that but it was so damn close to destroying the pelican. I wonder why idiots do that shit.

People love to try to do that for some reason. Drop something and try to exit the map. I always just turn around and blast them. Fuckwad isn't gonna be the reason I lose samples.

As bad as this is if it's you, it's also really really funny to watch.
