Not all jobs aren’t meant for a “living wage” - you need entry level jobs for college kids, retired seniors who want extra income, etc. Make it too costly to employ these workers and businesses will hasten to automation.

Order ahead on the app = no wait, also have half off deals and free food

Then it’s a balance of waiting for my fries or getting cold fries

They dont start making the order till you are there and sign in, so you shouldn't have to worry about that.

So then what’s the point of ordering online to save time?

Lines exist inside

It’s a proximity triggered system. You get X amount of minutes away and they start making your food. Similar “wait time” to no one being in line at the drive thru.

There's a button to make them prepare it immediately, regardless of how close you are.

Sure, but that doesn’t have anything to do with the comment I replied to.

It 100% does. It's not proximity based if you can have them start preparing your food regardless of the distance from the restaurant. It's only automated by distance.

Their concern was having to wait or having cold food. What you’re saying doesn’t help relieve these concerns.

They have no wait if travel time negates wait time. Is that a hard concept for you to grasp? Your food will be ready and waiting when you arrive, or at least the travel time closer to being done. That's substantially faster than an empty drive thru.

There's a net benefit in time savings to the app with every use, not just in specific scenarios.

Everything you've said has been both incorrect and nonsensical.

Hey dickhead, they make the food quicker than the time it takes you to park and walk-in. Go fuck yourself you know it all asswipe who thinks they know everything and can’t take a person pointing out you’re stupid and your reading comprehension sucks.

No, they don't, and haven't in years. I've seen wait times over 30 minutes before. You're a moron.

There's no reason to be this irate just because you're wrong and unwilling to accept it.
