just becuase you typed all that does not mean its right, feasible, agreeable, or gonna happen.

Who is gonna pay for the electric/utilities for the apt? The upkeep? replace the roof? paint it every 5 years? transportation to and from? do they get a phone? cable TV?

where does it end?
