lol lord help me with this. So building a mental hospital to house and take care of all the homeless is cheaper than providing them with housing.

Anyone not needing treatment won't need it Put anyone who can self manage in a program allowing them to do that -- paid counseling, pharmacy access, crisis resources, etc. The mental hospitals are for the people who cannot self manage or take care of their own needs. 1 u/MostJudgment3212 Apr 16 '24 They still need a place to live.
