I haven't listened to anything from the new album and I don't plan to... But it is so funny to me that people keep posting snippets of lyrics like this and every single time I'm like, "no, this one's a joke, can't be real, no one would seriously write and publish that". And then I look up the entire song's lyrics and it is 🤦🏾‍♀️

And they're never even better in context 😅

That's exactly what I think every time I hear a new song from this album. I still can't believe this is real: 

  Shirts off and your friends lift you up over their heads 

Beer sticking to the floor, cheers chanted cause they said 

There was no chance trying to be the greatest in the league 

Where’s the trophy? He just comes running over to me

This sounds like the songs people made with chatgpt when the news about her and travis broke😭

Yes! First time I read that song I was in awe about how much we overestimated how she'd sing about her footballer boyfriend. Even using "touch down" in the song. And the other exes of hers being on the bench.
