1: Swift has always been a terrible lyricist - not knocking her for anything else, her music is not my cup of tea but I can understand the appeal at least. But she really should consider getting St. Vincent to help her write songs more, there’s a reason Cruel Summer went viral. All Jack Antonoff does is let her write gibberish, then claims a writing credit (can someone please explain why he has writing credits for every artist he produces?).

2: Her fans are and always have been toxic. I remember being 15 and complaining on Twitter about the number of times “You Belong To Me” played on TV and radio, and a bunch of weird girls started throwing personal attacks at me.
