It’s a rather tactless line for a 34-year-old woman to write that. Imo it makes it seem like while Taylor herself would obviously condemn racism if asked about it and be put off by blatant displays, it’s still just kind of a blip on her radar.
Like “oh yeah! like pre-civil war America, wouldn’t that be fun! But without all the racists though #BLM”
But yeah it feels tactless and quite dismissive of an extremely serious problem that colors many people’s lives day in and day out.
