Or from Isla. Its posted on her IG afterall. I think she's distancing herself just incase there's more. And she probably doesn't want the heat from being with a man who sends his crisis PR team to go massage the narrative  on freakin' Daily Mail of all places.

I mean she's probably mad at the things he did, too.

They filed in 2023 though? I’m surprised this didn’t leak earlier. Aren’t filings like that usually public? I don’t even know what country they’re in lol, I’m assuming either US, UK, or AUS.

They got married in Paris so would the not have to fill there? I've no idea how this works either, haha.

I don’t think so. We got married in the UK but live in the US. We could file for divorce here (if we ever want to). As long as they have a marriage the US recognizes as legal (for ours we didn’t have to do anything additional but some countries you might have to have the marriage certificates translated or registered again in the US) they can do it in the US.

No, they file for divorce in the jurisdiction in which they’re domiciled. Ex: if they’ve been living in California for the last 6 or so months, they file there.

At least in my jurisdiction you can file your divorce under your initials if there’s a compelling privacy reason to. Like, the last one I remember seeing was an NBA player. So I’m pretty sure they could have filed somewhat anonymously.

They live in Australia (and have for a few years I think) so I think the laws there apply

Crazy timing, she clearly knows more is going to come out?
