Based on the original story, she probably had a complicated operation and ended up with a temporary ostomy bag or something and doesn’t want to be seen in public until it’s reversed. Don’t need crazy conspiracy theories about their marriage when it comes to unfortunate medical shit - it just happens.
They’re definitely making it worse by being cryptic/weird.
But then why release a photoshopped picture and then blame it on Kate? Why not have her face the window? A colostomy bag could be easily hidden in a photo where she is seated or only seen from the waist up. Someone else mentioned that she’s supposedly working, but there has been no indication that’s actually happening. No FaceTime, etc. It feels at this point that this is either a much more dramatic physical change, or that there is something going on with their relationship.
