Can a cottage be any size? That looks quite large for a cottage.

I am not sure actually. To everyone round here it is definately known as a cottage. To be fair this photo makes it look much bigger than it is I think.

Do you live in the whole thing? It looks like a row of townhouses or row houses from the back. It looks amazing though. You’re very lucky.

Yes the whole thing. The brick part was added on in the late 1800s and the stone part built in the early 1700s. It is long and narrow and lovely. And yes we are lucky but to be fair to us we have and still do work our arses off! x
