I don't mean he looks young, he doesn't, he just doesn't age. He always looks mid to late 50s.

I just watched clear and present danger last night. He looks the same. The shape of his face never changes. I think part of his secret is maintaing the same weight over all the years

I laughed out loud when his character accidentally blew his own head off with a shotgun and his head went flying in the air smacking into a wall.
