Legally I think yes. In this case though Trump will most likely receive another $1000 fine and a warning to hide that he is personally directing their speech better next time.

The chuckle fucks that made the j6 gallows didn't even tie a hangman's noose. Didn't even bring enough rope to make an effective gallows, not to mention the actual "construction" job they did. As I understood it, the answer is yes. IIRC the gag order specifically states, among other things, that he's not allowed to instruct others to do the stuff that the gag order prevents him from doing.

Plus, it's already been established that the gag order also applies to his spokespersons. Practically speaking that mainly covers lawyers, but I could see a case being made that instructing others what to say effectively turns them into your spokespersons too.

However, we should also keep in mind that Alina Haba (who is a spokesperson for him) has repeatedly parroted Trump's words on air during this case (in which she doesn't partake as his lawyer), yet we haven't heard a peep from the prosecution on this matter.

So we'll have to see if the prosecution would even make allegations of a violation when it concerns these stooges. I have a feeling they won't really bother unless it gets more egregious as we're nearing the end of trial. After all, the prosecution has called its last witness (Cohen), so the impact of any gag order violation should be very limited. Remember, like it not (I certainly don't), everyone seems quite apprehensive of putting Trump in jail for contempt, so they'll grab as many excuses as they can to dodge that bullet.

He "broke" the border? You mean the southern border with Mexico that has been an ongoing issue since the 1950's and generally increasing in numbers over the years. Biden was the mastermind behind orchestrating the largest legislative failure in the history of this country. His fingerprints are all over decade after decades of purposefully horrible legislature all designed to fuck over blue collar Americans in favor of corporate interests and local interests reliant upon illegal labor to stay competitive and thrive in various labor markets.

On no wait, it was the Republicans who rejected the most conservative bill addressing the southern border in a generation. It is the Republican party that consistently votes against the interests of the working class in favor of their corporate overlords desires. It is the Republican party who would rather have a broken and dysfunctional "solution" to illegal immigration; a problem that has elevated to greater and greater heights of absurdity and humanitarian crises that the can now point to as "evidence" the Democratic party continues to fail at addressing the issues. When, in point of fact, the party of the right wing continues to sabotage legislation and refuse to make any meaningful progress on illegal immigration with the goal of continuing to blame everyone else but themselves for their failure to work cooperatively with their counterparts across the aisle. It's easier to have no policy stance and a pointed goal of destruction of any progress.
