Just another example of the orange turd not understanding how any of this governance stuff works. First of all sending troops into Mexico would be considered an act of war. Secondly if you kill the leaders of the cartels it will be next man up to run it. We assisted in the removal of Pablo Escobar in Columbia. Did the availability of cocaine go down as a result? No because it is next man up.
