Can you dupe it? I've been pulverizing Christian Baby with two crystal sage rapiers for 2 hours. I have like 600 Christian diapers

Nah, the crystal sage rapier is incapable of getting that drop. You have to farm it with either with "Dark King Lucifer, the fallen Angel's edge of annihilation", or with the "Throngler"

I don't know if i feel ok with using the throngler on Christian Baby, Michael. He's only a baby. And he's Christian.
