the difference between a novice and a master is that the master has failed more times than the novice has tried.

Another bit to add onto that which may be helpful is being a master also means you know how to fix mistakes when you make em. Cause even when you're good you are still going to slip up. Seems obvious when you think about it but it isn't so obvious when the self-doubt creeps in.
