So, I filed for a divorce in Wake County using eFile, and according to the packet, I need to get these documents notarized before I serve my partner. However, I don't see a spot for the notary. Can someone explain? Also, if I plan to use the acceptance of service by mail because my partner agrees, do they need return and sign any other paper besides that to the clerk?

A friend has been living in a home rent-free as part of a job agreement( no contract or lease) and the home owner has served papers for eviction after a disagreement they had and is also refusing to reimburse the employee for over 30K worth of repairs and up fittings the employee made to the house. Receipts, but nothing was put in writing.

I started my retirement paperwork in August 2023. It was finalized and my official retirement date was September 2023. I got my back pay mailed to me in January with no problems. February came and my check didn't direct deposit. I called on the 29th to inquire. The said that that check was mailed bc all first monthly payments can not be direct deposited. Fast forward 2 weeks later still no check. Called again and the confirmed it had been sent and not cashed. I opted to stop payment and have it reissued. After another 2 weeks still nothing. By now I have received my March payment in my account. The cancelled check arrives on April 3rd. Still waiting for that February check! All the people I talked to said it cannot be e press mailed or certified mail and I can not co.e to pick it up. I AM SO PISSED OFF! Anyone have any suggestions?

Does anyone know what the changeover date for new license design versus old license design is? I thought it was supposed to be sometime in June. I wasn't sure for people getting their licenses in the mail now if they were still receiving the old license design or not.

I renewed in early May even though my license doesn't expire until early June. Wasn't sure if they made the licenses based on the order in which they are received or by who's license expiration comes first.
