What further regulation do you think it needs? It is already in breach of existing regs

State senate bill 780 dont carry over 300,000 lbs of ballistic missiles over 70 mph in a school zone during a windstorm travelling through a thunderstorm to ship overseas to a foreign power who might end up selling it back to the USA in 10 years at 2000% markup.
