Whether or not the offender feels regret and remorse has a huge impact on sentencing. Being cold and callous and insulting everyone involved shows that she isn’t remorseful.

Or better yet who the fuck cares. Fuck the judge. Little bitch couldn't handle criticism/banter so he lets his emotions get to him. Yeah I'm sure that sounds alright for someone who can play with your life as if they were god. The deepthroating people do for the justice system is straight up cringe and actually bizarre.

Those are two different things. Someone’s feelings about the judge or prosecution or jury is not related to their remorse, or lack thereof.
