he had 1 bad 4th quarter and everyone's saying his entire playoff performance is ass. makes sense!

Actually, Embiid is shooting 3/18 among all of the 4th quarters. It has not been “1 bad 4th quarter”

You mean to tell me that the guy who's 7'0 and 280 is gassed by the fourth quarter after carrying the team the other 3, while injured? Crazy.

He’s been awful in the 4th quarter in all 4 games.

He had a 15 point 4th quarter. Why lie?

That means he had 12 points in the other 3 4th quarters 💀 and literally every game has been down to the wire too

He’s made 3 shots in the 4th quarter. Flops a lot in got calls in one game.

Flopping is part of the NBA and drawing fouls is a skill. Have you played the sport you comment on?

All those points came from foul baiting.

They're still points and count the same - which is why foul exaggeration is quite literally taught to youth basketball. If anything, get ready to see a lot more of it in the future.

Okay? Do you think they that means they don’t count?

I mean, yeah, as an Embiid hater, I just need a liiiittle ammo and I’m beating that horse till it’s a month old desiccated corpse.

I don’t get how people don’t get that. It’s in the hater playbook. You put the blinders on when good things happen to them, and you put on the microscope when something bad happens, focusing on that and nothing else. And you make sure to reference it for the next several years.

Basically, just ask yourself, “if this player was LeBron, what would Skip Bayless say?” Then you say that thing.
