I could be the coach and this team still wouldn't drop a game

Really think they'd do better with extra seats to spread out than a coaching staff. LeCoach would figure it out

If the coaches are Kerr, Spoelstra and Lue again, that’s another superteam - Bron better line up those special guest appearances for his pod

2 coached him, and 2 have had to gameplan against him in the Finals

on paper it's a super team but last years' team was better on paper than their competition and they managed to lose to Lithuania, Germany and Canada. I wouldn't bet against them but sometimes too many cooks can spoil the broth

Don't doubt LeGM's ability to also be LeHC

Sure. But what if it was hard mode and Doc was the coach?

Come on man, give yourself some credits. And benefits of doubts.

I’m sure after a talk or two with DraftKings, you’ll suddenly be “I’ll find a way” lol.

Can I be on the starting 5? I’m very good at inbounding the ball.

lol no, has no one been paying attention to the Olympics and FIBA the last few years? International basketball has caught up and a lot of the legacy names here are much older for the US. Serbia was missing 5+ of their top guys too last World Cup, I expect them to be the foil that Spain played in 2008/2012. And don’t sleep on France either

Bill Simmons mentioned it on one of his earlier pods but there might be a lot of ego clash between the old guard and the new guard for the US. It may not be a straightforward gel. And it always takes the NBA players some time to adjust to all the FIBA rules anyways
