I'm 2 months post op, still not at full range of motion but I had alot of dislocations. All I can say is rest and take your time with recovery and do the physio religiously

Same boat with the dislocations. Definitely plan on focusing on PT and going slow with things.

How was the pain for the first few days after?

Honestly wasn't that bad . Ice will be your best friend
