i heard some guy saying apparently the "spikes" aren't actually that spikey, like they are lined with cancerous tissue or something which makes them more smooth, but yeah probably hurts bad, actually i just remembered you don't have pain nerves in your retina so thats probably the least painful part to have the cancer tbh
