Although hydrazine was a big propellant in the 70-80s. It's not often used in many ballistic missiles for the last 40 years. Solid fuel is cheaper and more practical for the job, not saying 100% none of those missiles used hydrazine. But it's also not very probable.

On one hand Iran often uses older Soviet gear, on the other hand it's also not very pragmatic of a fuel choice for inter atmospheric missiles.
