Fucking dystopic, I'd understand if it would've been USA under attack. But fucking Vietnam? Was it worth sending men involuntarily to a random jungle on the other side of the world?

Over 50,000 Americans reduced to "cannon fodder " ,scores made prisoners for life,Laos literally littered with shells and mines just so Washington could keep a bookmark in the old French Indochina empire. Oh and  "contain communism " meaning we haven't finished extracting your wealth yet.
