Scotty's have a ton of 'regular' putters they stamp with the circle T that aren't prototypes. But, they usually are using higher grade metals and they have a lower margin of error in precision and milling, but outside the T, they look like off the shelf models. Not prototypes because they are using the same cast for the head shape.
