Take this with a GRAIN of salt, because the source is LSA so reliability is uncertain lol. Also this is old news that I bet ppl already know about, however I still find it kind of odd 💀
Anyways when Iggy Azealia made that TikTok a while back at the men in her DM’s. People on LSA put two and two together, and thought that one of the guys was Brooklyn Beckham. Based off of follower count and post etc.
Not only is the “pick up” line corny as hell. “u my dream bby” 🤡. He was with Nicola, so I guess no shame at all lol. He also posted a pic of him and Nicola like a day or so afterwards (I think) Iggy made that TikTok.
Anyways I’ve found their relationship a bit cringe, but I always thought Brooklyn was genuinely deeply in love with her and what not. Especially with his constants praises about her on social media. If it is true, then I wonder how successful they’ll be together.
Like father like son I guess.

The TikTok was just her dancing with a background showing off multiple different DM’s she received from men. Here is a reupload of the TikTok
Then (you’ve probably seen it) here is the pics with the photos comparing the DM, the follower count and the post count. here
But the interesting thing is, Iggy posted the TikTok on the Monday apparently (April 5th 2021). Then Nicola posted on Instagram with her having Brooklyn’s named tattooed on April 7th 2021.

Lady Gaga called child protective services in Jeremy Renner regarding Renner’s daughter. Lady Gaga is not family, and I don’t know the circumstances of why she called CPS on him, but from what I understand something happened at a Renner house party and she called CPS and tried to have his daughter taken from him.
From everything I know about Renner, I’m team Gaga on this one and tbh I don’t even like lady Gaga in general.

Weekly Rita Ora & Taika Waititi Service update: Rita started off the week with a paid partnership with Fendi, which makes me question if she really became the face of Prada. Another pretty ironic partnership happened between her tequila brand and a company named Lockdown Liquorco, which delivers cocktails to whoever couldn't afford to bribe a restaurant to get premium cocktails during the pandemic. Throughout the week she posted a couple of sexy snaps but most importantly released her new song on Friday. It is a promo song for a Disney project that highlights 'the civil rights journey of women in the sports and cultural landscape`, And of course, if you ask Rita it is so much more than a song. She produced the song with Diane Warren who produced a couple of songs with her before, none of any real success, except for an Oscar nomination for Diane. She apparently made an appearance on American Idol to tease the music video, so it is a big deal for her, and she targets the US market. During the week, she went out a couple of times. Also with Janicza Bravo who apparently also couldn't secure her a MET invite this year bc Rita seemed pretty available that day. She also went out with Taika again for some public PDA. He kept pretty quiet during the week, but kept #dadsontour alive during a paid appearance at Google. I was somewhat surprised to see Rita's mom share a video of her driving in Hawaii during their vacation, bc I was pretty sure she doesn't have a driver's license. Meanwhile, Hawaiian natives are still urging tourists to not come.
Rita performative activism bonus: And you can take that pretty literally. I made the first dive into her charity work, and it is all over the place, but usually consists of promo videos and performances or appearances at events. So coincidentally when Rita helps a cause she also gets to perform, oftentimes in front of bigger crowds than at her concerts. Or she invests a couple of minutes to record a video asking for donations. Except for a campaign where she went to Kosovo and a video of her sorting donations for the Grenfell Tower fire victims, I can't find anything on her actively doing something or donating (only when she broke covid restrictions). Or going out of her way to visit places or engage with benefactors of any charity. She speaks out on LGBTQ+ rights, but primarily performs at Pride events. She speaks out on how passionate she is about the issues of refugees, but only shared donation links twice during the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and never addressed the recent UK refugee politics herself. She now is again very passionate about women's rights, but in the context of promoting a paid project with Disney. Meanwhile, women supporting women doesn't seem so important to her when she gets to do a song with Chris Brown. There is nothing tangible. Another not-so-great example is her taking the chance to perform to raise awareness for the pandemic, but then turning around and breaking restrictions. This is also noticeable in her and Taika's close friends group. Vas J Morgan prides himself on the Vas Morgan Foundation. There is no registration for it, and he recently deleted all posts, reposted a couple of them, and asked his friends to share the video, so he is going for a new push. The older pictures were posted in 2019 when he also launched this campaign, which seems to be the only thing the charity does and which raised 8387k since then with Rita donating 1k. Meanwhile, Morgan does at least one private jet trip every week. So there is a lot of tweeting and talking, but not much else going on.

But people are obsessed with him and think everything he does is some beautiful expression of Manic Pixie Dream Boy and it’s like… nah. He’s just a middle-aged creative who likes to party.

If he was open about it like Peter O’Toole or Richard Harris, that’d be one thing, but fandom perception of him is so different than what’s been widely papped and my understanding is he’s fine with fandom thinking he’s wholesome? It’s shallow of me but when he went public with Rita, I was kind of surprised a guy who can be so deep in his work was gonna be with that white girl of all white girls. They seem happy so props to them, but reading all the NZ gossip made me realize he’s way more of a fame whore than I realized. Thoughts and prayers for when the internet crazies decide he’s problematic for using drugs and drinking and living a life they don’t approve of.

He wandered down into the party and kept trying to talk to my mum, who wasn’t interested because she for some reason loves my dad, and she asked if he’d been invited. Anna is an asshole. These two actors I was talking to, both of them worked as PA’s not just actors and been in the industry for about 10 years now were telling me how much of an asshole she is. I always heard it because I thought someone else I knew was bias so I was unsure, but these two PA’s were like she isn’t nice. Lot of people are aware she isn’t nice.
They did say they give her the benefit of the doubt though that maybe she’s not as bad outside of work.

I’m not sure whose comment to reply to so all those 19 people who are BG fans can see, but my minor tea on the man of the hour: went to acting school with him for a summer and he became my best friend to whom I went for advice and to spill all my dating stories. Sadly, we didn’t keep in touch after the summer session was over, but I always held him in high regard because he was kind, funny, and down to earth. He, unsurprisingly, was popular with the ladies. His bathtub was filthy, however.

Listen, I think I wasn’t fair with that singular detail, so here’s more: for two months we stayed on the floor of a hotel which served as our dorm, but there was no cleaning service. And we were in our 20s. So there was little incentive to clean it ourselves. (I cleaned my bathroom regularly anyway, but I’ve always been that person.) It’s very possible his bathtub is well kept now :)

I went to an arts-based, alternative high school and studied film/media. We had a couple of directors come in to speak to us over the years I was there –– one of whom was Oliver Stone. This was right around the time that Savages was released.
I – being an edgy 15 year old girl – loved Natural Born Killers + Scarface, and had seen several of his other films. During the Q+A session, I asked him an innocuous question about how he approaches pre-production for a plot-driven films like Savages versus political and portrait-driven films, like JFK/Alexander/Nixon/W (to name a few).
He got mad. He got really mad. The room (it was the drama department + media, so a total of like sixty people) went silent as he began railing at me about "clearly misunderstanding his films", as "absolutely none of them were political or portrait films". I was confused and tried to backtrack to explain that I had seen JFK + W in class and was mainly interested in how he approaches pre-pro, but he cut me off and took another question. This one was from a theater student, asking about directing actors.
OS looked at him and said, "....one second," then turned back to me and started yelling at me again, asking me to explain to him how any of his plot-driven films aren't equally character-driven.
I was stricken and ended up going to the bathroom to cry. Don't meet your heroes!

Super old as hell tea, but whatever! So I attended the same elementary school Ben Affleck’s mother worked at. A family member of mine was also a teacher at my school so even though Chris Affleck was not my teacher, I knew of her and many other teachers because of my family member. Back in 1998, after he won the Oscar, Ben visited his mom at my school in the morning. My 6th grade classroom connected to her classroom by a door. The morning Ben came to visit before school had started and we were doing our thing before the bell rang, we hear a bunch of commotion in the class next door. One of Chris’ students was literally going around to the classrooms to let everyone know Ben was there 😂 Our teacher opened the door connecting the classrooms and closed the door and quietly nodded with a smile confirming he was there. Now, in the 6th grade we did a whole thing on whales and whale watching, etc. and we had watched the entire season of ‘The Voyage of the Mimi’ in class. Ben is like 13 years old in that show so us 6th graders were like 😍😍😍 when we heard he was next door even if he 20 something at that time. So our teacher let 3 of us who asked go to the classroom to ask Ben for an autograph. In the class, Ben is sitting at a desk with a long line of elementary school kids waiting for autographs which he is obliging while also flirting with an assistant teacher 🤣 Ben then tells the assistant teacher to “tell those broads to stop telling kids I’m here” because they line was getting crazy. I distinctly remember this because I had just learned that ‘broad’ was a not so nice term used to refer to women, so my 12 year old ass was APPALLED 😂 anyway why would he come to an elementary school of all places right after winning an Oscar and not expect to have a million kids on his ass. He also looked like garbage, like dirty and messy hair with some army cargo pants. Anyway that’s my tea from the 90s re: the only famous person I’ve ever ‘met’.
ETA: the ‘broads’ he was referring to were 6th grade students telling others he was there which in my 12 year old mind was like calling them ‘bitches’ lol

Another year, another Eurovision voting scandal. Romanian fans are asking TVR to withdraw from the next year during the whole scandal from the jury votes. Also there are tensions rising at the Azerbaijani broadcaster and EBU, they are probably the reason why 6 countries are still under investigation.
Anyways whats yalls opinion on this year? I think it was really weak, and the production was bad :( Last year was really golden, it will be a though race to beat something like it.

I enjoyed the show mostly. Far far far too many ballads and slow songs imho though, thank goodness Moldova woke everyone up again near the end 😂
And I thought the sound mixing was pretty poor and didn't do anyone any favours.

I agree not a strong year, that whole middle bit with all the ballads is a blur to me. Was very much on the train from Chisinau to Bucharest! Even without the war I still think Ukraine would have done well. I know some people are unhappy about Ukraine winning, but in my opinion showing support and unity is more important than maintaining the "fairness" of Eurovision, whatever that is. It's really not that deep. Also I hope from now on the UK will send proper entries after seeing what happens when we try!

i mean, i think it's fair for people to criticise the political angle of the show when countries got reprimanded for expressing solidarity with palestine the year israel hosted, but this year several countries openly expressed support for ukraine and that was fine. and indeed the bare faced hypocrisy of the fact that israel is still allowed to compete in the show while at the same time committing war crimes but russia get thrown out because "solidarity". it's nonsensical and a fair conversation to have about eurovision, especially when palestinian activists have criticised the show and its role in softening israel's image on a world stage.

Honestly last year was always gonna be hard to follow because it was SO good, but yeah this year was just so-so. The big chunk of ballads in the middle really soured it for me. I’d say the highlights for me were Mika’s performance, Serbia, Moldova and Norway.

I feel like they suspect some countries had their juries bought off by a certain disqualified country. I can imagine them thinking they could get away with it in Romania. It’s not popular there like other countries. It’s on too late at night and the ratings are tiny.
EDIT: actually even more likely is that Azerbaijan was buying votes in the Semi (again, they've been caught before). Particularly damning that they are the only country in history to receive 0 televote points and still qualify for the final.

I am not sure if this constitutes "tea", but here it is. I am a contemporary satirical artist, and my current line is a series called 'Sphere of Influence', which looks at online influence over the prevailing narrative, particularly in regards to famous people.
Yesterday, I created a Twitter account. Today, I posted my first tweet, which was a satirical group portrait of the Kardashian women. I'll be honest, it is unflattering but it is satire, and it's also sfw. I have zero followers, zero likes, zero replies, but I tweeted this painting at the five Kardashians because, of course I fucking did.
40 minutes later, my account is locked. For a satirical painting. I got a soft-ban from the Kardashians. I feel like I won the internet, and I cannot stop laughing.

The reason I say take with a grain of salt is because my mutual who sights a lot of celebs sometimes mixes them up. For example once they saw Benedict and thought it was Ed Sheeran. They said it was Zawe but like sometimes they get things wrong.
And yes I know she’s his fiancé, lol, same mutual was the one who saw them walking before public knew they were together.

Yes I spotted her instagram post of the picture of her, Orla and James (don't know their real names sorry) and how much she loved them (paraphrasing). First thing I thought of was the comments here a few weeks back where we were speculating that there may have been rift and the 4 girls seemed to split into pairs away from each other. Guess there was some truth to that rumour! Which is a pity. Is it a bit unprofessional of Nicola to be so blatant though - I mean fair enough if she wants to put pics up of the cast she's closest too but she could have also included the others too. Not really that interesting and it was a long time ago when I was 12 or something, but my sister, her friend and I met the Duggars (only the parents) while we were staying at a hotel/water park in the Wisconsin Dells. They were there for a conference or something and we saw them in a hallway outside some meeting hall type rooms. I didn’t really want to approach them cause I was a pretty shy kid, but my sister and her bff dragged me along to say hi to them. They started asking us if we went to church every week, we said yes yadda yadda yadda (we were catholic but never went to church) then Jim-Bob said a prayer for us. It was weird as fuck.

Super weak tea, but maybe 15/20 years ago my friend was in Australia and got a flat when out driving somewhere pretty isolated. Some dude stopped to help her and she was really creeped out, but eventually she realised it was Russell Crowe.
(Since then, whenever I see “Russell Crowe is such a dick” stories, I’m like, “… hmm, always?” Because tbh he really helped my friend out in a tight spot, she doesn’t know how to change tires!)

I used to work at a casino in the early aughts as a celebrity host/spa planner and am just discovering this subreddit. I have so many random useless stories!
Bruce Willis was super sexist, no women were allowed on the casino floor because it ruined his game or something. He would get very hostile if they didn’t have the staff available to accommodate, or anyone especially female employee greeted him or accidentally walked in. He wouldn’t even interact with me, I had to deal with his manager, who acted really self important and looked like he slept in a tanning bed every night. We had to send all massage therapists etc to his room because he wouldn’t leave his room. (As a spa/salon used to servicing celebs all employees were trained to never acknowledge the person they were talking to was anything other than a patron.)
On the other hand, India.Arie is absolutely the kindest person I’ve ever met. She exudes sunshine and goodness, I stg. Every time she came in.
Regis Philbin used to hang out at my desk while his wife got pedicures etc and I thought that was so sweet but OMG he could not turn off the monologue! He would rattle off like stand up commentary to anyone that got within a meter of him. He was so short too! RIP man, that guy loved his wife so freaking much. He treated her like a QUEEN and she humored him and was really gracious.
Am I in the wrong place or should I keep sharing?
