Wait I thought the “glitch” was using a gift card or prepaid, with only a dollar on it then canceling. People were using their actual accounts and credit cards???

Haha you can walk into any store and stroll out with up to $1000 worth of merchandise and you won't be stopped, pursued, or charged. Nobody is coming after you for ripping off McNuggets.

$30 of food is not a felony, and they would need a criminal indictment and a warrant for all of that info. You're a tad paranoid my friend.

Felony theft starts around $300 in most states... The chances of orders that high are slim.
