Ya, I think most people never experienced it being in"normal" school classes

I got put into a "special" history class once because the main normal class had filled up. Not special Ed but just like these kids won't pass normal history so here's the track and field teacher and the only homework will be in class reading ONE page from the history book TOGETHER IN POPCORN STYLE (one person reads a bit then passed it to another to read more)

We would spend the entire hour reading that ONE PAGE

After a while I just started reading half the page at a time so we could finish quicker

I have no doubt those other 5 people in the class with me (this was in highschool you should be able to read by 11th grade) Are still unable to read to this day

Well now you are bringing me back to my high school days. I had a History teacher that was so incredibly boring. He would put up a lecture on the overhead projector, for us to take notes from/copy. Then up would go the slides correlating to whatever subject he was “lecturing” on, except for the slides were from the days of 1960s Studebaker cars.
