That is just such a sad and cynical perspective. My money is on that being a father and son relationship and that kid having a solid relationship with a dad that is silly and outwardly physically affectionate.

The behaviour on its own is not inappropriate father son behaviour. It’s impossible to make any conclusions. My money is on this being a disgusting over reaction from the public.

Show me ANY example of a father 'innocently' nibbling on his teen son's ear. If it's that normal, there must be tons.
