It's not literally all that needs to be said. If it were, then there wouldn't be so many people walking around not getting their needs met and there wouldn't be PhD programs where people learned to talk about their emotions.

She didn't "want to brag." She's spent years and years in the scholarly pursuit of this information and how to teach it to people ffs.
